SPANISH STYLE SARDINES IN SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients

  • Tito Mike's Spanish Style Sardines (Spicy Hot or Mildly Spiced variant), mashed
  • Quick-Melt cheese, cut in strips
  • Spring roll wrappers, cut in half Oil for deep frying
Procedure

Drain oil from jar. Take out whole Spanish style sardines from bottle. Blot excess oil with paper towel. In a bowl, mash sardines.

Place cheese strips in between mashed Spanish Style sardines in spring rolls. Seal edges with water.

Heat oil. Deep fry spring rolls until it turns golden brown. Drain in paper towels.

Arrange in a serving platter garnished with cucumber or carrot strips. Serve with catsup or with a mixture of catsup with a dash of worcestershire sauce and sugar.
